Always nicer to see larger than anticipated COMPoST showing with some special appearances.
Always nicer to see larger than anticipated COMPoST showing with some special appearances.
I think I spied Eric Smith the first one to arrive with some nice new toys added to his FZ1.
Not sure if lovely Helen managed to get their first or around the same time as Eric but showed up on her other bike which is quite the opposite of her 675.
Shortly thereafter I spotted Jeff and Claire. Claire was on an interesting machine, something about her GW still in the shop so she was riding around a Honda scooter that was for sale. Pretty sure it was a loaner.
Charles and Leyna showed up in the Taco. I quickly confiscated his pimp Nikon D80 camera and started documented the events of the evening.
Then the bikes just kept rolling in... Rob & Nhut showed up on the Duke and Hawk respectively. I over heard Nhut's R6 is in the middle of getting prep'd for the track day this Sat. so he took Rob's Hawk. Kinda funny to have both your bikes show up on a ride. I guess this is one way to do it.
Scott shows up in the cleanest most immaculate S2000 I've ever seen. Thanks for letting me sit in it and start her up man. Next time I'll bring my helmet so you can take me for a ride -haha. Did I see stickers getting passed around?
Then suprised to see Anthony and Austin (CAMA) show up straight from the Honda Hoot. Man, props to you guys, I would have been too exhausted. Not to mention Austin's exhaust on his FZ1 falling off and you guys having to do a road side repair.
Val manged to make it after a long day of teaching and join in on the festivites.
And last but not least, Chelsea shows up on her EX500. Awesome. How long have we been talking about you getting a bike and look at you now... like a supermodel for Joe Rocket women's riding apparel. Sweet.
After enjoying all that Superdawg has to offer, Rob did the honors of presenting the gift (nice job by the way). I think Jeff was a little surprised by the generousity of COMPoST.
It was really great to see everyone. Honestly people, I think this is as good as it gets. Great friends meeting for a meal on motorcycles, talking about motorcycles, and just hanging out. Good stuff. Feel the moto-love. Ahhh.
